The Orange Door is part of the Victorian Government’s response to the Royal Commission into Family Violence to strengthen and support children and families.
The Orange Door is a free service for adults, children and young people who are experiencing or have experienced family violence, and families who need extra support with the care of children.
The Orange Door Service Model brings together workers from:
Specialist family violence services
Family services
Aboriginal services
Services for men who use violence.
THE ORANGE DOOR LOCATIONS
The Orange Door sites in Western Melbourne (with a primary site in Werribee) and Brimbank Melton (with a primary site in Sunshine) were announced on 26 May 2021. The primary sites will be supported by additional locations, including access points, outposted services and outreach services.

The Orange Door Annual Service Delivery Report 2020-21
Family Safety Victoria have released The Orange Door Annual Service Delivery Report 2020-21. This annual report summarises the third full financial year of service delivery of The Orange Door network and includes data for the first eight areas of operation. Posted June 2022
