Family Violence Worker Legal Systems Resources
PCLC have developed a comprehensive series of freely accessible educational video courses and online resource hub to explain the multiple complicated legal systems and issues when there is a family violence. The courses cover:
legal supports available and how they work; family law system and relationship property; debt, fines, VOCAT & tenancy; child protection system; and family violence intervention orders.
